Privacy policy
Final policy publishes alongside the public launch. Below is the structural commitment — what TitanPSA will and will not do with tenant data.
What we collect
Account + billing identity (operator email, tenant slug, payment method via Stripe), product telemetry strictly necessary to operate the platform (performance, error traces, security audit logs), and the data your team enters: tickets, customers, contacts, projects, documentation, time entries.
What we do with it
Run the platform on your behalf. Your tenant data is isolated by row-level security and is never shared, aggregated for marketing, or sold. AI features explicitly call out what data is sent to which inference provider per request.
Subprocessors
A current list of subprocessors (Stripe for billing, AWS / GCP for hosting, Anthropic / OpenAI for opt-in AI features) publishes alongside the launch and updates under change-notice.
Retention + deletion
Tenant data is retained for the lifetime of the subscription. On cancellation, you have 30 days to export, after which all data is hard-deleted. DSARs (data subject access requests) are honored within 30 days under GDPR/CCPA.
